Ploxir Docs
Ploxir rolls up every business you run into one portfolio — your combined revenue, expenses, and every metric you track across all of them. Connect Stripe, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Square, GA4, Google & Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Datadog, and 44 more integrations, then build from 1,284 built-in widgets or compose your own. Each business is a project with its own dashboard; the workspace portfolio sums every matching source into cross-business totals your team can share.

FAQ
Is my data safe?
Connector credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM (with versioned key rotation) and never travel to the browser. Sessions are short-lived (8-hour max), two-factor authentication with backup codes is available, and every action is checked server-side against your workspace role. You can export a full JSON copy of your data or delete your account (with a 7-day grace period) at any time. Details in Security & 2FA.
How fresh is the data?
It depends on the source. Platforms that support provider webhooks (Stripe, Shopify, Paddle, PayPal, Patreon, Twitch, Lemon Squeezy, Beehiiv, Zendesk, Datadog) push events to Ploxir and update tiles live — as do your own webhook sources. Everything else is polled on a schedule: every 6 hours for most sources, more often for a few, every 24 hours for AdSense. The Refresh button in the dashboard header force-syncs every source immediately. Full breakdown in Real-time updates.
What does it cost?
Free is $0 forever: 1 workspace, 3 projects, single member. Pro is $29/month ($290/year): 3 workspaces with 10 projects each. Team is $79/month ($790/year): 10 workspaces, unlimited projects, up to 10 members per workspace. Plans belong to your account and cover every workspace you own — invited members never need a paid plan. During the beta, payment is waived on the plan you pick (its limits still apply). See Plans & billing and the pricing page.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite members by email with a role — Viewer (read-only), Editor (builds projects and widgets), Admin (also manages sources and members). Free and Pro workspaces are single-member; the Team plan allows up to 10 members per workspace, set by the workspace owner's plan. See Workspaces & members.
What if my platform isn't listed?
Two escape hatches. The generic webhook source accepts JSON events from anything that can POST — Ploxir profiles the events you send and builds counts, sums, breakdowns, funnels, and retention grids from them. The Your own endpoint source polls any HTTP/JSON API you point it at and maps response fields to widgets. There's also an uptime monitor for URLs and a crypto-wallet source that takes a plain address. Start with Webhooks.
Where do I get help?
The support page lists contact options and self-help topics. From inside the app, Send feedback in the sidebar user menu reaches us directly — you can attach a screenshot. If a docs page is wrong or missing something, that counts as feedback too.
