Terms of Service

By creating a Ploxir account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any API keys you connect.
• You must be 18 or older, or have your guardian's consent.
• One person or legal entity per account. You may invite team members to your workspace.

You may not:

• Use Ploxir to track, surveil, or profile individuals without their consent.
• Connect data sources you do not own or have authorization to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Resell access to Ploxir without a written agreement.

• Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your billing portal; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Existing renewals honor the current price.
• Refunds within 14 days for first-time subscribers if the service did not work as advertised, at our discretion.

You own the data you connect. We provide infrastructure to aggregate and display it. We will not use your data to train models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages may interrupt the service. Enterprise customers may negotiate an SLA.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the platform. On termination, your encrypted credentials and snapshots are deleted within 7 days.

Ploxir is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond the amount you have paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email.
